Licenciados

Licenciados was introduced in 1989, offering affordable but well made cigars that rivaled some of the biggest names at the time. Manuel Quesado, the company's founder, started making Licenciados cigars with the single goal in mind of replicating the greatness of Cuban cigars. The cigars are manufactured at the MATASA factory in the Dominican Republic and are available in Connecticut, Maduro, or Cameroon wrapper shades.

Having earned a 93 percent rating in Cigar Aficionado, these are some of the best smokes you can get for the money, starting at $2.72 per stick. Tasting notes of these cigars include toasted nuts, mild spice, cedar, cream, and coffee. Try some Licenciados cigars - they're cheap, very well rolled, and feature the best classic Cuban taste you can get for around $3 per stick.
