La Libertad
Introduced to the U.S. market in 2010, La Libertad is a Dominican-made cigar that features a unique blend of Central American tobaccos. On the exterior is a Peruvian-grown Habano-seed wrapper followed by a Peruvian binder, and on the inside is a blend of aged Dominican and Nicaraguan filler leaves. These medium-bodied stogies are sweet and toasty with notes of nuts, caramel, and a nice amount of ligero pepper.
