Taxes
Any order shipped to a New York State address will be charged applicable county sales tax. In addition, all tobacco purchases shipped to a New York State address will incur a 37% tobacco tax. Purchasers shipping outside of New York State are responsible for applicable taxes.

UPS Ground Estimated Package Arrival Time

- This represents UPS' typical transit schedule. They are generally over 99% effective in delivering ground packages on time. If you need a guaranteed shipping date, please choose an expedited shipping option.
- "Days" refers to business days only.
- Weekends and UPS holidays are not counted as business days.
- The first day counted for transit time is the day following shipment from BestCigarPrices headquarters.
- Estimation for transit time is for items that are in stock only.
UPS Ground Service Cost
Most orders are shipped $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Any exceptions to this policy, usually overweight items, will be clearly marked. If you are ordering a large quantity of small items such as cutters please call our toll free number during business hours and we will try and accommodate your order with a reduced shipping charge.

Expedited UPS Service

UPS is over 99% effective in delivering expedited packages on time.
BestCigarPrices has a 100% guarantee that if your expedited package arrives late, we will refund your shipping charge in full. Please remember, "days" refers to business days only and weekends and UPS holidays are not counted as business days. Also, the first day counted for transit time is the day following shipment from BestCigarPrices headquarters.
- Example 1: A 3 Day Select package shipped on Monday is guaranteed to arrive on Thursday.
- Example 2: A Next Day Air package shipped on Friday is guaranteed to arrive on Monday. Expedited shipments are guaranteed by 5PM local time for businesses and 7PM for residential customers.
Please contact us if you need early morning or Saturday delivery.
This policy does not apply to orders which contain out of stock or hazmat regulated items, items that require contact prior to shipment, or orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

the lower 48 states and excludes some overweight items. Overweight items
are clearly marked in the shopping cart. If your order includes an
overweight item, your shopping cart will show "Shipping Will be Determined by Weight" in the shipping field,
and your order will not be eligible for free shipping.
What does "Shipping Will be Determined by Weight" mean in the shopping cart shipping field?
If your shopping cart reads "Shipping Will be Determined by Weight" in the shipping field, this means that your cart has an overweight item in it, and your shipping is to be determined by weight. Depending on the size, weight, and shipping destination, the shipping charge will vary. If your shipping charge exceeds $15.00 for ground or $25.00 for expedited shipping we will call you prior to charging your credit card and shipping your order. Please provide a valid phone number so we can reach you.

International Orders
We ship anywhere in the world. A $750 (U.S. dollars) minimum is required for all international shipments, except Canada. Payments must be made via Wire Transfer from bank to bank. We also require an email stating that you are willing to pay for all customs duties. We use United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. We will be happy to provide a shipping estimate for confirmation. Canadian orders are shipped UPS ground or United States Postal Service at a rate slightly higher than our U.S. rates.
Military and USPS Shipping
The USPS Priority Mail shipping department at BestCigarPrices is usually open and shipping packages two days per week. In stock items will usually be shipped on these days.
To add a military address to your account, go to the Shipping Address Page and click on 'Add a Military Address' next to the fields for city and state. (You must be logged in)
Military Backorders
Our shipping rates for military addresses are $16 for the first item in an order, and $2 for each additional item. In the case of a partially shipped order, initial shipping charges are reduced to be for the number of items actually shipped. Backorders are shipped out at the rate of $6 for the first backordered item, and $2 for each additional backordered item. For example: An order is placed for 4 items with a shipping charge of $22, but only 2 items are in stock. We will ship the 2 items for $18, and when the backordered items arrive, they are shipped together for a total of $8. If the backordered items arrive separately, they will be shipped separately for $6 per shipment.
Privacy Policy
We want you to know -- BestCigarPrices promises our customers to never sell, give away or divulge any personal information to any company, organization or individual, period.
When I receive my package from BestCigarPrices.com, will it say the word "cigar" anywhere on the box or shipping label?
Packages from BestCigarPrices.com are shipped using a discreet label. The company name on the "from" portion of the label will be New Global Marketing, Inc. The package should have no mention of cigars on it. Only the person who opens the package should be able to determine what is inside.
Return Policy
We guarantee that you will receive your order in excellent condition.
We ask that you inspect your cigars carefully upon receipt. If you believe that your shipment has arrived in damaged or defective condition we will credit your order in full, including shipping charges. Simply keep all packaging and merchandise and contact our customer service department within 10 days at 1-888-412-4427, or email info@BestCigarPrices.com. The customer service representative will ask you for the reason for your return, and issue you an RMA number.
We have a hassle free return policy.
You can return your order, for any reason whatsoever, within 10 days of your receipt of goods. If you purchase cigars by the box or bundle (15 cigars or more) and wish to return them, a full credit will be issued to you if no more than one cigar has been cut or smoked, less the shipping charges. If you try more than one cigar, a pro-rated credit will be issued, less the shipping charges. Please do not return any partially smoked cigars. For sampler packs and other non-tobacco merchandise, returns must be in new and unopened condition, including packaging, to receive credit. Returns received without an RMA number or outside of the given time frame may incur a 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny or prorate credit for returns received in less than adequate condition.
