Due to the wide range of laws concerning importing tobacco, we have some restrictions on shipments. Our guidelines are as follows: A $150.00 (U.S. dollars) minimum purchase is required for all shipments outside of the USA and Canada. Payments must be made via PayPal, Western Union, or Wire Transfer from bank to bank. We also require an email stating that you are willing to pay for customs duties and all affiliated fees, and if you choose to pay via PayPal, another e-mail stating that you will not dispute the charge for any reason. We require payment via Money Order, Paypal or Bank Transfer only.
