Sweet Chicken BBQ Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 lbs. chicken thighs, cut into small pieces

6 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 bouillon cube

skewers

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the chicken) to make a marinade. When the marinade is mixed, add the chicken, cover and set in the refrigerator to marinate. The longer the better, but try to allow for 3-4 hours at the minimum.
  2. Thread the chicken on the skewers and place over a grill at medium heat till golden brown and slightly crispy.
  3. Serve when cooked.
