Grilled Open-Faced S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe:


Graham Crackers

Chocolate Bars


Ice Cream (flavor of your choice)



  1. Take a sheet of aluminum foil and fold it into a square that is at least 6″x6″ in size and place it on the grill.
  2. Pre-heat the grill to medium.
  3. Construct your S’mores sandwiches with half a Graham Cracker at the base, followed by a square of chocolate in equal proportion to the base and then the marshmallow on top.
  4. Close the grill and give it about 3-5 minutes for the chocolate to melt and the marshmallow to soften.
  5. Remove and serve on a plate or bowl with a scoop or more of your favorite ice cream.


Kick it up a Notch: Considering we’re already operating at maximum enjoyment levels here, literally, the only way to make this better is to add sprinkles. So fire off some whipped cream and cover it with sprinkles, chocolate syrup or peanuts…hell all of that if you want. This is the last of our Summer Editon pairings, so make it count.
