Cigar of the Week 11/4/21 – Black Label Trading Co. Last Rites

Last Rites Cigars

Crafted at the company’s own Oveja Negra boutique cigar factory in Nicaragua, Black Label Trading Company’s Last Rites cigars were built for all-out indulgence.

Black Label Trading Co. Last Rites Robusto Cigars

Medium-full in body, these dark cigars in the foreboding black, skull-bearing bands are rolled using a murky maduro leaf from Ecuador over a Honduran binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Honduras. This careful selection of tobaccos erupts when lit, gushing out gratifying flavors of deep earth, espresso, zesty white pepper, chocolate, hints of orange peel, and more.

Black Label Trading Co. Brand founders James and Angela Brown are big on simplicity, which is why Last Rites (along with the brand’s other core lines) is offered in just three sizes – a 5 x 54 Robusto, a 6 1/2 x 42 Petite Lancero, and a 6 x 60 Gran Toro. The good news is, each size is loaded with bewitching flavor. It may be called “Last Rites”, but it’s likely to become your first pick when reaching for a hearty and satisfying maduro. Grab them here at a nice departure from the retail prices.
