Torano to Introduce Bowling Pin Vitola to Master Line
Torano cigars will be adding a bowling pin-shaped cigar to their popular Master by Carlos Torano cigar line, according to Halfwheel.com.
The cigar, appropriately dubbed the “Bowling Pin”, measures in at five inches long with a ring gauge of 48-50 at the foot and over 60 at its fattest point, according to company Marketing and Customer Relations Manager Jack Torano. Because of the difficulty of rolling the unique shape the company has enlisted a very skilled torcedor from Cuba to work on the project. Initial production of the cigar will be limited to only 250 boxes.
While no official release date has been announced, Torano has stated that the company is working towards finalizing the cigar’s packaging and plans to debut the Bowling Pin before this year’s IPCPR trade show in mid-July.
