The brainchild of former Nat Sherman execs Michael Herklots & Brendon Scott, Ferio Tego Elegancia 2021 cigars are making an excellent first impression for the recently-launched luxury brand. Crafted by some of the world's most experienced hands at Quesada Cigars in the Dominican Republic, the Elegancia 2021 is full in body, yet exhibits a delicate balance of its bright and creamy flavor tones. An Ecuadorian wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler leaves from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua set the stage for the Elegancia's opulent notes of buttered toast, cappuccino, caramel, crème brûlée, roasted salted almonds, and more. And these guys are just getting started. Get in on the ground floor now.
Elegancia has Ecuadorian Shade-grown wrapper, Dominican binder, Dominican and Nicaraguan filler.
Excellent draw, nearly perfect burn, strong, straight, firm ash.
From the start it's creamy with flavor of generic nuts that gradually shifts to almond, caramel and a little bit of salt.
On the retrohale I'm getting white pepper, almond, wood and a hint of citrus.
In the second third I'm getting more almond, bread, touch of backing spices and salty caramel.
The retrohale has allspice, almond, touch of wood and mild fruity notes.
The final third has baking spices and almonds supported by salty caramel and touch of white pepper and créme brûlée.
The retrohale has complex blend of spices with white pepper in the lead and almond.
Ferio Tego Elegancia is a true masterpiece.
Mild, full body cigar with a lot of complexity and many fine nuances.
