A good, but not great LGC. These are good considering the price. Spicy Nica flavor, burn fairly well. They have a more rustic appearance than the LGCSR and the construction is more inconsistent. I think with a little more QC, this could be a realy good smoke.

For the price, this cigar is hard to beat. The complexity of the cigar isn't high but it's not a bland cigar either. The most dominant note is coco, but it has small hints of dry nuts, cedar, leather, and, at least initially some spice. The cedar and leather tends to make a mid-cigar appearance and stays till the end. I detected no floral, fruit or sweet notes, but my friend got some strong brown sugar taste on a couple of puffs. The burn tended to be good, but I did have to touch it up once or twice, and one did canoe on me, while another had a small hole in the cigar towards the beginning that made the draw too easy. Otherwise, the draw was appropriately light. In terms of appearance, it is on the darker side and the wrapper appears oily, both of which I like. The LGC label is well placed and easy to take off. Given the ring gauge a punch would be highly recommended. Overall good bang for the buck.
