Voted #9 Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 cigars of 2014! The Monte by Montecristo opens a new chapter of history for the legendary brand, putting a new spin on the classic flavor of Montecristo. The secret to Monte's one-of-a-kind taste lies in the use of two unique binders : a spicy Dominican Olor and a strong and aromatic Nicaraguan Corojo, adding strength, firmness and complexity to a blend of premium Dominican longfillers. These medium-full bodied sticks offer a deeply rich taste with notes of cinnamon, sweet caramel and coffee.
This cigar delivers everything that it promises.

This was my first purchase of the Monte. I have enjoyed the taste of this stick. Burns even and is a great value. I recommend this smoke... you will not be disappointed

Good smoke. Well constructed. Starts out a little bitter, but ends up smooth. I'd have it again.

Ordered a 4 pack to try #9 of 2014. After resting them in the humidor for a month, brought one out to usher in spring. Overall smooth, medium smoke, with enough complexity to keep one's interest. Going to let the other 3 age a bit, and see if time can make them even better. Enjoy.
