For the price, Onyx Reserve Mini Belicoso offers one of the best values around. It has a nice full flavor from start to finish. Doesn't get too bitter near the end of the smoke, like some cigars. Temperature and burn are also consistent and even from start to finish. A few of these cigars (maybe one in ten) can be be a little tight on the draw for the first 1/5 of the stick, but open up nicely after that.

Nice and smooth smoke

Well worth the per stick price! Great flavour and construction. Deserving of it's 94 rating. I use this as my everyday smoke when I don't feel like going for a more expensive cigar.

I have now smoked a few of these beauties.
On the pre-light the there is a real chocolate taste. The cigar holds up well all the way through the burn and taste is consistent.
For a Maduro lover this is a great experience my only problem is that they are too short!
This won't break the bank to give them a try and to tell you truth, I am going to have to get a bigger Humidor to hold all the great cigars from BCP including this one!

A good smoke. Draw was difficult and expected a little better flavor for the price.

This has always been, since 1999, my casual cigar to smoke. It is my absolute favorite for 15 years now. I have had, and hold in my humidor, many better, more expensive smokes--which are great--but this is the best smoke by far for the money. A delicious leathery, cedary, sometimes blackberryish smoke, this one is consistent in flavor and construction every time. Occasionally (and too seldom to complain about) the burn is uneven. If you smoke often, this is your cigar.

This became one of my favorite cigars. The wrapper was dark, a little oily, and a bit rustic in appearance. The draw was good and had notes of coffee and cocoa with a little woodsiness. The burn was pretty even and the ash was solid. Overall, I really liked this cigar.
