Dressed in eye-catching Candela and Mexican San Andres wrappers, the 2012 by Oscar Barber Pole brings not only the cool barber pole striped look but awesome flavor to match. A unique creation from the team that brought you the best-selling Leaf by Oscar cigar, the 2012 by Oscar Barber Pole delivers smooth tones of nougat, caramel, coffee, and red pepper courtesy of a rich blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan binder and fillers that lie just beneath its festive wrapper stripes. Add in a very reasonable price, bastardized by our usual deep discounts, and you’re looking at a slam dunk. Dunk some into your humidor asap.
the barber pole wrapper is pretty and interesting but a little gimmicky, and contributes to some uneven burn issues... BUT, I really enjoy these! Very nice, pleasant, medium-bodied smoke with the candela (half) wrapper taste present. I like the box press. Not a cheap cigar but a very nice smoke and great looking!

I love all of the 2012’s but in my opinion, the barber pole has the richest flavor of the bunch. Somewhat hard to find. If you find them, give them a try and load up on them while you can.
