Padron is one of the most celebrated cigar manufacturers in the world, having earned more 90-and-above ratings in Cigar Aficionado than any other non-Cuban brand. These cigars are made entirely with Nicaraguan sun-grown Habano leaves, which are all aged for a minimum of 2 years. The result of this lengthy aging process is a characteristically Nicaraguan smoke with notes of earth, cocoa, coffee, pepper, and a bit of sweetness on the finish that nicely rounds out the experience. Smokes well, Draws good; The most important aspect of a cigar. Burns well; the ash really holds on. A little strong. I usually buy maduro cigars but I haven't Padrons in a while and forget the natural wrappers are OK for my taste so I'm going to rder the same cigar in a natural wrapper.

The Padron Churchill, to me, is like coming home to a good friend. I have enjoyed this cigar for many years, and have never been dissapointed, nor have any of my friends I have shared one with out of my humidor.
