Handmade at La Zona cigars in Nicaragua, home of the critically acclaimed Espinosa & 601 brands, the Protocol Probable Cause presents dark and rich taste with a smooth and strong medium body. Showcasing an oily, dark, and mottled San Andres Maduro wrapper leaf, the Probable Cause holds a balanced mix of fine Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos within its sturdy frame. This classy blend recipe leads the way to a delicious rotation of silky tasting notes with tones of chocolate, earth, black pepper, and crisp cedar with a long, sweet finish. Box-pressed construction ensures a sharp burn on every stick, making the Probable Cause an effortless pleasure - one that any fan of bold and refined flavor needs to experience asap.
I started smoking protocol - probable cause for the simple reason that a friend of mine had ownership in the brand. I started purchasing them to help him out and fell in love with the cigars so much that when he was bought out I followed the cigar to BCP.com. They are not too strong and not to weak and great flavor. I sometimes judge cigars on how many beers it take me to finish them and this one take at least 3 and can be put down for a min or two and still smoke without lighting again
