A.B. Cigars, Inc. d/b/a Best Cigar Pub (the “Pub”) is pleased to invite you, the ticketholder (“You” or “Your”), to this and other upcoming events (each an “Event”). All tickets purchased for this Event are subject to this Cancellation and Refund Policy (this “Policy”). The Pub reserves the right to amend, modify, change, supplement, or terminate this Policy at any time and without notice to You.
Please be advised that the Pub has limited seating and many Events may sell out. For this reason, You may cancel your ticket for this Event up to forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled Event time for a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment method. Any ticket cancellations made by You forty-eight (48) hours or less before the scheduled Event time are non-refundable and all ticket sales made thereafter are final.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled from the original Event time, You will have the option to either receive a full refund or keep Your ticket for such Event, which will be valid for the Event at the rescheduled time (each a “Rescheduled Event”). Accordingly, tickets for each Rescheduled Event remain subject to this Policy (i.e. non-refundable for cancellations made forty-eight (48) hours or less before the Rescheduled Event time).
If the Event is cancelled by the Pub or by the vendor/performer, the Pub will attempt to contact You at the most current contact information You have provided when You purchased the ticket for the Event to initiate a refund to the original payment method. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the Pub has Your most up-to-date contact information so that you may receive a refund in the event of a cancellation of an Event by the Pub or by the vendor/performer.
Ticket prices for certain Events may include a meal and/or certain tobacco products and/or other items furnished by the Pub (each a “Dining Event”). It is Your responsibility to alert the Pub to any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, which the Pub will accommodate in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are no meal substitutions for Dining Events and the Pub reserves the right to change, replace, substitute, or modify the meals and/or tobacco products and/or other items furnished by the Pub in its sole discretion. Meals and/or tobacco products and/or other items furnished by the Pub for Dining Events are subject to limited availability and if you arrive late to a Dining Event, or miss a scheduled meal service for such Dining Event, no discounts or refunds will be provided and the Pub cannot guarantee that You will receive the same or like meals and/or tobacco products and/or other items furnished by the Pub.
