Aging Room M356, the newest offering from Habana Cuba, is born from a genuine love for tobacco. As Rafael Nodal, president of the company, explained it, the tobaccos in the blend were originally intended for Habana Cuba’s highly-rated Swag line. However, there were not enough of these leaves to meet the level of production that they had planned, so they set them aside for a future blend. That blend is Aging Room M356.

These stogies are peppery, woody, and complex with a little bit of caramel sweetness and some of the best construction you’ll find anywhere. As for the brass knuckles on the band, that’s another story. According to Hank Bischoff from Habana Cuba, he and Rafael Nodal were visiting the aging room and discovered some brass knuckles on one of the shelves. As it turned out, one of the rollers left them there, and Hank and Rafael saw it as a good omen. “The knuckles were looking out for our blend,” Hank explained. “So we included them on the band, box, artwork, etc., so they can keep looking out for us and this great blend.”

We invite you to Aging Room for yourself—the tobaccos in the blend won’t be around forever, and whichever size you choose, we guarantee you’ll be impressed.

As far as appearances go, if the cigar is medium to medium dark in color it has good appearance. The lighter wrappers do not appeal to me. So for those of you that like lighter colored wrappers, I rate all cigars at a 3 star to be fair. If I have flavor all the way to the nub, I give 5 stars. From there I fine tune my ratings to construction. If the cap doesn't turn into leaves unraveling, despite a great cut and the body and foot burn evenly in controlled conditions, I'm happy, happy, happy! So now we are down to "Draw/Burn" & "Complexity". Draw/Burn is critical so that your mouth muscles are not sore the next day. Complexity critical to enjoyment and surprise. So Ladies and Gents, from start to finish (careful not to burn my fingers at finish), I enjoyed a very flavorful and complex cigar, that allowed me to RELAX and enjoy it like one should. It's on my wish list due to it's predicted limited supply. I cannot find it at local shops in Indianapolis. Medium-Full Cigar well worth the cost per cigar!!
