• We may honor competitors’ sales and coupons, but the price match can’t be combined with any of our other offers, including but not limited to: free shipping, free bonus, coupons/promo codes, top page promo offers, etc.
• If we don’t carry the item or have it stock, or if we can’t honor the competitor’s price match for any reason, we’ll send you a FREE $15 BCP gift card just for telling us! (limit once per customer lifetime).
• To receive a voucher from us, you must supply us with a valid e-mail address and mailing address, and opt in to our marketing notifications at no cost to you.
• Applies to handmade cigars, humidors, and accessories only.

How to beat a competitor price at Best Cigar Prices

• To qualify you must contact Best Cigar Prices at 1-888-412-4427, e-mail, or live chat with us during normal business hours and show us our competitor’s advertised price. We must be able to verify and buy the item from our competitor at the time of your order (no expired deals, out of stock items, etc.).
• All final decisions regarding the Best Price Guarantee Program are at the discretion of Best Cigar Prices. We will always do our best to honor any reasonable request. Outstanding service is our #1 goal.

We do not honor:

• Machine made, little cigars/cigarillos, assorted samplers, or any item under $40.
• Price matching on any product we are already cheaper than our competitor on
• MAP pricing products.
• Prices from unlicensed sellers selling bootleg, contraband, or untaxed products.
• Prices from third-party sellers, auction sites, or sites requiring memberships.
• Expired deals, mail-in offers, offers that include financing.
• Prices that require minimum quantity purchases or a B2B “wholesale” license.
• Bonus and/or add-on offers which are attached to the price-matched item.
• Damaged, used, or refurbished items.
• Misprinted or inaccurate prices.
• More than one item price match request per customer per day.
• The same item for the same customer more than one time.
• Price matching of any kind at our retail location, Best Cigar Pub.

Best Cigar Prices reserves the right to not price match items beginning 7 days prior until 7 days subsequent Thanksgiving day. Best Cigar Prices reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Policy at any time.

Your participation in this program is subject to acceptance and consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Best Cigar Prices reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Policy or cancel this policy at any time for any reason. In addition, we may reject your price match if we terminate your customer account because of conduct that we determine in our discretion violates our Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of your account and/or related activity, or is harmful to our interests or another customer.
