Espinosa Rare Species Grootslang Cigars

Following in the footsteps of the long-sold-out Wendigo and Quibungo editions of the exclusive Espinosa Rare Species series, the limited edition Rare Species Grootslang has arrived.

The third release under the Rare Species banner, Grootslang is themed around a nightmarish creature of South African folklore described as a giant elephant-headed serpent that dwells deep in a mysterious cave known as the “Bottomless Pit” guarding a trove of exotic diamonds.

Erik and the crew are being pretty tight-lipped about the exact blend of the cigar, but have confirmed that it features a Cafe Habano wrapper over select Nicaraguan binder and filler leaves. The resulting smoke is medium in body and robust in deep, earthy flavor with subtle spicy-sweet nuances.
