The Morado line is by far La Perla Habana’s most celebrated blend yet, having earned a 93-percent rating from Cigar Aficionado as well as a spot on their Top 25 Cigars of 2008 list. Featuring a buttery, toothy, African Cameroon wrapper leaf, Nicaraguan Habano binder, and Nicaraguan long fillers, these stogies are beautifully handmade in Esteli, Nicaragua. Expect a medium-bodied smoke with notes of coffee, cocoa, butter, pepper, and a generous helping of caramel sweetness.
