Prices are good, shipping is fast, condition of the cigars is perfect, and in the one case when I did receive damaged cigars you fixed it immediately, you never send the wrong cigars, and your catalog contains cigars that are desirable to the cigar connoisseur and not available from most of the mainstream internet cigar vendors.
