Arnold Schwarzenegger has been known for being a big fan of cigars, so it was no surprise when he was spotted in London with his son shopping around for stogies.
Schwarzenegger, 65, was on his promotional tour in Europe for his latest film, “The Last Stand”. Schwarzenegger and his son headed to the classy St. James district in London. While there, the two headed into the Davidoff of London tobacco shop on St. James Street.
Schwarzenegger is an avid cigar fan and is often seen puffing tasty smokes. He started smoking cigars back in 1977 when he was a body builder. It was Schwarzenegger’s father in-law who first offered him a cigar. He told Cigar Aficionado the fact that his wife’s father first got him into cigars was a plus. “Your wife can’t complain about your cigars, you can always say: ‘look, honey, your father wouldn’t have introduced me to something that’s bad,” he said.
Schwarzenegger usually smokes Cohiba cigars and Punch cigars. “Punch Punch is actually my favorite size, it’s good for an after-dinner smoke or during the day,” Schwarzenegger told Cigar Aficionado. He also enjoys Davidoff, Hoyo de Monterrey and Romeo y Julietas.
