The Texan Toro from Fratello Expected to Arrive in April

Some new developments are taking place in the world of Fratello cigars. Their Texan Toro (6 x 50), a blend-and-vitola combo previously available only in a five-pack Fratello sampler, is finally getting its own release. Naturally, you can count on Best Cigar Prices to have some of these sticks on hand once they ship.

The Texan blend wasn’t always relegated to a sample pack. It first debuted in October of 2019 with a sizable 7 1/8 x 58 vitola. But even then, it was only distributed to Texas retailers. Still, cigar smokers loved it. Fratello’s founder, Omar de Frias, called 2023’s new addition to the line “…a testament to the success The Texan has enjoyed since inception.”

It’s easy to see why it succeeded. The blend combines four unique filler tobaccos to produce a symphony of flavor: Dominican andullo and Dominican piloto cubano ligero, as well as ligeros from both Nicaragua and Pennsylvania. All of this is rolled to perfection within a Sumatran binder and a rustic Ecuadorian wrapper.

We are expected to have several of the Texan Toro’s 20-count boxes in stock April, so start making room in your humidor now! Of course, if you just can’t wait that long, Best Cigar Prices also carries the Fratello sampler pack that includes the Texan Toro.
