Gurkha Pure Evil Cigars Return after More than a Decade

Roughly 15 years ago, Gurkha released a limited-edition blend that was ominously named “Pure Evil.” Naturally, with a name like that, people were intrigued. It didn’t take long for cigar lovers to buy up what was available of these unique cigars.

Fast forward to August of 2022. Attendees at the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival quickly noticed that the Pure Evil was back and available in limited quantity from the folks at Gurkha. In fact, it only took about a half hour for every stick to be bought. Now, it seems Gurkha has finally chosen to harness the popularity of this blend, making Pure Evil a regular line rather than a limited release.

That means you’ll be able to get yours right here at Best Cigar Prices! The blend has been tweaked slightly, courtesy of Damian Tapanes of American Caribbean Cigars. The Pure Evil now features a Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos beneath an Ecuadorian habano wrapper. If that sounds enticing, you’ll be able to get yours in one of three sizes: Robusto (5 x 52), Toro (6 x 54), and XO (6 x 60).
