Untamed Toro by La Aurora (5 1/2×54) W: Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro B: Dominican F: Nicaraguan, Dominican Factory: E. Leon Jimines Tabacalera, Santiago, Dominican Republic La Aurora’s strongest blend yet, the full-bodied Untamed brings a bold new look and tasting profile to the century-old company’s cigar portfolio. A combination of select Nicaraguan and Dominican leaves under an abundantly oily and textured Connecticut Broadleaf are the secret to Untamed’s furious full flavor. Flavor Report: Fiery red pepper, smoky cedar, espresso, dried fruit sweetness, cocoa, sweet cream, butter, gingerbread Overall: 9/10 The Untamed Toro’s hearty, robust flavor hit the spot like Hawkeye from start to finish. This, along with a maintenance-free burn and […]
