JC Newman's Brick House Robusto Maduro is a bold Nicaraguan puro with notes of coffee, pepper and leather. These creamy cigars have a razor straight burn and an easy draw.
The filler burns but the binder doesn't. I think it's made of plywood. Bland and a bad burn.

Still a good smoke even though the prices have risen dramatically.

Middle of the road good cigar. First third burned well, firm white ash. Right in the middle the spice breaks through and the full flavor of the smoke hits you. Finished fine, very well crafted, no touch ups.

perfect with rum and dark chocolate which enhance the hardness, aroma and scent of this cigar

This medium to full bodied cigar will provide about 45 minutes of smoking pleasure. Volumes of aromatic smoke with notes of oak, sweet tobacco, leather and a hint of spice. Pairs well with scotch, bourbon and beer. A great after dinner Maduro that won't break the bank.

I found a lot of hype for this brand, maybe I smoked them too fresh.

Good cigar at a good price.

I like this cigar, Construction was nicely rolled and burned with a tight ash. Rich taste.

This is a very satisfying gar. To my taste, I got hints of leather, wood, and coffee. This is one of the better J.C.Newman products, despite being economical.
