I order these on a regular basis and the quality of the product has gone downhill. The last box I ordered had cuts in the cigars all in the same place on the cigar. I was disappointed in Dutch master and their declining quality but when I reached out to the people at Best Cigar Prices they we beyond helpful. They told me to send back the damaged cigars and they would refund me. Customer service is a lost art these days but the customer service at Best Cigar Prices keeps me coming back.

This cigar is not a flavored cigar. Dutch Masters Palma cigars are still full of tobacco flavors which you're sure to enjoy! Palma refers to the wrapper on the cigar, which in this case provides for a smooth and mellow smoke.
