I really love these cigars, they’re the only thing I’ll smoke. But sometimes 10 or more an unusable because they have been ripped or bent and have holes in them.

I order these on a regular basis and the quality of the product has gone downhill. The last box I ordered had cuts in the cigars all in the same place on the cigar. I was disappointed in Dutch master and their declining quality but when I reached out to the people at Best Cigar Prices they we beyond helpful. They told me to send back the damaged cigars and they would refund me. Customer service is a lost art these days but the customer service at Best Cigar Prices keeps me coming back.

Product is generally good-several dutches are always damaged . I wish the return and exchange process was easier -I have at least 10 dutches a box that are damaged in one way or another . it’s too much of a hassle and mess to save and return the broken ones.
