From the well-worn rolling table of Don Pepin Garcia comes a full-bodied smoke for the perceptive palate: El Centurion. Comprised of 3-year-aged Nicaraguan-grown Cuban seed Criollo '98 and Corojo '99 filler leaves beneath a dynamite selection of Nicaraguan Habano wrappers, El Centurion rewards the smoker with sweet flavors of coffee, caramel and nuts offset by bold nuances of cedar, cocoa, and Pepin's signature spice. Rich to the finish, the complex and hearty taste of El Centurion should be a requirement for any aficionado who likes em' bold and balanced.

El centurions

This cigar is one of the most consistent cigars from one to the next one I've had. Floral and leather notes.

El Centurion A Fine, Smooth My Father Cigar

The El Centurion Robusto by My Father is a very nice, slightly smoother (I think) example of the "magic that is Don Pepin Garcia's "My Father" cigar family. I normally smoke the slightly larger (6 1/4 x 52) El Centurion Toro, and have been a longtime (10 years +) fan of the Garcia family's excellent blends.
For some months/years I'd been moving more toward more full-bodied cigars; just sort of "drifting" that way. It got to the point where everything tasted "OK" but nothing tasted "Great."
That's when I re-discovered the El Centurion line, and it's medium-bodied, slightly smoother (bit less peppery), even creamy taste was exactly what my palate needed.
The cigar is well-made, burns evenly and quite smoothly with a white-grey ash. The flavor profile to me shows a slight bit of pepper at the beginning which quickly diminishes to reveal the coffee-cocoa, a bit of leather and a reliable, smooth and excellent smoke throughout.
