Disappointed
I bought one of these from a local cigar store. I could only smoke about a 1/4 of it because the draw was so tight and the flavor seemed mild to me at best.

my go to cigar
I've always enjoyed the vintage Cameroons. The burn and breath well with an excellent flavor. They are rolled tight in the wrapper and binder, yet loose enough on the inside that they always breath and draw well. Like most any cigar you might get one or two per box with a bad vein where they burn sideways or tunnel, but they correct well by re-lighting the slow side. They are rated medium to full flavored, but I find they them not to be harsh do to the complexity of flavor. Whatever else I buy, I usually get a box of these too, and always come back to them.

JFK used to smoke Upmann's and although I do not know if he smoked this one, I can certainly understand why he liked the brand.
The cigars felt a tad soft to the hand, but that is like saying Scarlett Johhansen is imperfect because she has a slightly crooked front tooth. Great aroma. I was mesmerized and could not get enough of it.
But even though it was full bodied, it was not overwhelming. It burned all the way to the end - I violate the rules and smoke until my fingers burn. I am not sure on the various flavors - peppery and smoky and woody ... but it was damnn good and for this price I will buy it again and make it part of my collection. It is both an everyday cigar and a weekend with my buddies cigar.
