What is the storage capacity of this table and does it have to be kept of full capacity in order for it to work properly thank

The Quality Coffee Table can hold up to 400 cigars. Though it doesn't have to be full of cigars to work properly, we recommend filling the humidifiers regularly to prevent the interior from becoming too dry.
