My introduction to Drew Estates infused line began with the Kuba Kuba. I enjoyed it and smoke them from time to time. The Kuba Kuba I would say is on the medium side. Isla Del Sol is more on the milder side of the spectrum. A friend of mine offered me one and I was rather blown away with the flavor. It is mild but not too mild, infused with flavor but not too much flavor in my opinion. The burn is always good and they arrived fresh. If you like infused flavor that is tasty and not artificial, you will like these. To me, they are the best infused cigars on the market in terms of quality and price. Not really an everyday cigar, but if you want to treat an occasion cigar smoker to a stick without breaking the bank, I'm sure they will enjoy this very much.

I couldn't believe it. A top name cigar with the best flavor. Smooth and sweet, subtle mix of flavors. The cap tastes good enough to stuck on. I'd be content to kick that delicious Sumatra wrapper if a lighter wasn't handy. Long burning but gentle draw, and is right for any time or occasion. The price floored . I first bought a 5 pack for my fiancé for Valentine's Day (they were actually referred to me by a BCP rep.) and he loves them! so that same Christmas I bought him a box because his mother bough him a humidor. They lasted him a year because of his work schedule. This year I bought him another box and a traveling humidor so he can take them to work on the tugboat. I've tired them a few times myself while he was smoking one and it was sweet, which I like and not real strong, very smooth. so these would be great for male and female consumers!!! Always my go to cigar

I've mentioned this before, here's an update. This particular cigar is my go to. Reasonably priced, well renowned name, always excellent, even burn, tight ash, pleasant draw, flavor, smoke, and aroma. I've never been one for infused, flavored cigars, so let's settle this now. A subtle, sweet, espresso flavor, not overpowering like a Blondie or Kuba. A tasty lightly sweetened cap that I could suck like a lollipop without lighting it. For that reason, I punch it rather than cut the cap off. ☺You really deserve to try this. It's more than worth the meager price and this is an experience you're likely to repeat. You owe this to yourself. To recap the categories they want mentioned, the appearance is smooth, perfectly wrapped, no flaking or unwinding, well made and uniform. Never found one worthy of being called a second. Flavor is something you've NEVER even been close to before, already said the draw was pleasant and I've never come across one to hard or soft and the complexity of the great tobaccos used along with their secret recipe gives it something hard to pin down. Creamy, smooth, slightly sweet with hints of coffee, espresso, mocha, cocoa, and a a little toasty is as close as I can get and that's even not quite it. Oh, just get it. It's worth it. Right any time log day from first thing to a bedtime treat.

One more update

Attention : This is my go to cigar. I've got others, I always come back to this. Great price, great name in cigars. Appearance is uniform in color, shape, and firmness. I've never had a deviation. Well made, strong cap to handle a punch. Important as cap is lightly sweetened and I don't want to cut it off. Flavor is nothing you've ever experienced. I've got nothing to compare it to. I've had infused cigars, don't like them as a rule. This has a slight espresso flavor and more which I'll get into in a moment. The draw has ALWAYS been consistent. Never a struggle nor a windstorm upon inhale. Burns even, tight ash that just won't fall off. Doesn't get hot, so I can smoke it down to the nub without burning fingers, tongue, or lips. Complexity. Rough call. Their tobacco blend is outstanding and the secret recipe for taste has hints of espresso, coffee, or mocha, with cocoa, cream, and toast. That's as close as I can get and it's still not how I want to describe it. It's totally unique and you deserve this kind of treat. Good with morning coffee or bedtime treat. It's really a perfect storm. I've had other cigars in my reviews that I've said have been my go to. This is it. Been ordering it for months straight and it's a price that I can afford to do that. It really should cost more, and at other places, they do, but I'm not telling. This company and cigar treats me right. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Has a great coffee infused taste. Really is a nice, light cigar for after eating. I don't like a cup of coffee but I do like this. If you like a light, easy smoking tasteful cigar then this is it! Wonderful taste. Only drawback is occasional "runners" when it is drawn. Not a long lasting cigar due to very easy draw. Really is a laid back cigar though, so not in a hurry to finish it.

Great product

I've never been a smoker and wasn't interested when offered one of these at a bourbon tasting. It was complementary so I thought what the heck. When I took my first puff I was surprised by the sweet sugary taste and mellow aftertaste. I bought a box that night and now enjoy to periodically sit on my back patio with a bourbon and cigar. Sweet Justice

I love this Cigar.
It is my favorite of all of the Drew Estate line.
Lets hope the cost stays under $70, because these are a great smoke for a little cost.
Not too sweet or perfumey, but a nice coffee Sumatra flavor.
The flavor may fade away if you smoke this to the nub, but no bad after taste. And I do smoke these to the nub.
I do occasionally get a Drew Estate Kuba or Toast, but these cigars are my #1 go to.

Finally found a daily cigar.

I usually smoke a higher price drew estate cigar and was wanting a daily smoke. I bought several other brands to my dismay. I wasn't aware of this little jewel until a friend suggested it. Awesome find. Ordering from bcp was so easy compared to other online sources. package came and I opened it to find a beautiful box. although it was cardboard, the cigars were lined up perfectly wrapped in a blanket of tobacco leaves. I really wanted to find a cigar not as sweet as acids and mild to medium. THIS IS IT! sweet but not to ssweet. you still get the earth and natural taste, while also getting a coffee like cherry smooth, sweet, rich and creamy added also. burn was perfect, which I have come to love about drew estate. construction, perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about this smoke. Drew Estate comes through again with a winner!!!

After a few months of trying different cigars I found Isla Del Sol. It fits my criteria of consistency, taste, easy smoke, texture and smell. It is my go too!!

Isla Del Sol Robusto

These were great. Sweet tip. Nice hint of coffee and spice. Very smooth and burned evenly to about 2nd third, then a little uneven. Nothing bad. Started off firm and then softened up. For me, a great everyday smoker!

Fantastic

This is a perfectly smooth, enjoyable cigar for those who don't want to choke down a full body or heavy smoke. The smell and taste is of a sweet, light coffee throughout and is enjoyable even to non smokers for the most part. They aren't going to blow you away in terms of complexity but for the occasional golf smoker or those who enjoy a good after dinner cigar these are my recommendation. They are also a great 40 to 50 minute (depending on your inhalation) smoke to enjoy with a drink or two in the warmer months o the porch, boat, etc.

Great smokes

I’ve been an acid cigar smoker for quite some time . I really enjoy the taste and the sweet aroma. But I find these trader jacks are quite comparable in taste and aroma. The value makes them great to hand out to friends also you don’t start crying when you leave a $12 dollar smoke on the 11th green!!

Del Sol

The Isla Del Sol is a very smooth cigar that will last about 45 minuets and not leave a bad taste in your mouth. I have smoked a lot of different cigars and for me this is by far one of the best I’ve smoked
