La Aroma de Cuba was first released in 2002, and was met with positive response—Cigar Aficionado gave the original blend a 91-percent rating, praising its earthy, leathery, and toasty flavors. The company, however, didn’t want to stop there—in 2009, La Aroma de Cuba was reblended by Don “Pepin” Garcia, and their score went up to a whopping 93 percent.

This is my favorite cigar. I have tried a lot of others but have been enjoying the Immensa for a few years now. It has a slow enjoyable burn with a smooth rich flavor. I love when I’m smoking one and a stranger comes up to me and says “ I usually don’t like cigar smoke but that smells wonderful “

Despite the immense size of this cigar, it has all the fine qualities of other La Aroma de Cuba smokes, especially the specialty Mi Amor line. Rich maduro flavor with complexity but without harshness is a hallmark. Because of it's size, it is a long smoke and burns a bit cooler than of the other cigars in the same line. Very good value for the bucks.
