Getting Frustrated

These were my favorites for a few years. Always 5 star across the board. About 2 years ago, though, the draw started getting real tight and now they are almost unsmokeable. Uneven burn and repeated relighting required. I keep ordering a box every so often but the last 4 or 5 have not been good.
