Cigar Aficionado's 93-Rated #7 Cigar of 2021! A dark San Andres Maduro wrapper leaf is the star of the show in this addition to Oliva's highly-rated Serie V cigar line. Named for the founding father of Oliva Cigars, the box-pressed Oliva Serie V Melanio Maduro features aged Nicaraguan ligero tobaccos beneath a hearty and sweet Mexican San Andres for a rich premium smoke with ample notes of coffee, pepper, and earth. The Oliva Serie V Melanio Churchill Maduro conveys deeply rich and complex flavor in a traditional 7x50 Churchill vitola.
These are some of my favorite cigars out there. They are a bit more pricey but they are well worth it as a special treat for myself once in awhile.

I believe the Oliva V Melanio is rather well reviewed. I love the Churchill size for its smooth and luxurious taste on the palette. A really pleasant smoke and time well spent. BCP offers the best prices I've found on most occasions. It is simply a pleasure to smoke.

While it's no gem, this is a great smoke for the time being. Could be less harsh
