The Padron Anniversario Serie 1926 debuted in 2002 to commemorate Jose O. Padron’s 75th birthday. Available in sun-grown natural or Maduro wrapper shades, these box-pressed cigars are made exclusively with 5-year-old Nicaraguan tobacco. This ensures maximum smoothness and complexity while flawless construction allows for a straight burn and generous draw. Try some for yourself and see why Padron Anniversario Serie 1926 earned the highest score of any non-Cuban cigar in Cigar Aficionado with an astonishing 97-percent rating.
My personal favorite cigar but like all good things, I wish it were less expensive.

These are my favorite cigars of all time. Flavorful, strong, and very satisfying with flavors that are similar to chocolate and coffee. This is the perfect cigar to have after Thanksgiving Dinner, or any other occasion for that matter. If you haven't tried this cigar, treat yourself, and try one. (Probably the best cigar for novices.)

Padron is the best in the business.. and this is my favorite after dinner smoke. Perfect draw, spice in the beginning then mellows out after first third.. great smoke output and coffee chocolate cream flavors.. what more do you want.. I mean really..

Great smokes. Full bodied, peppery, has all the other desirable elements you want from a strong cigar. Perfect construction and amazing draw. Very pricy and not a regular rotational smoke. My only beef is that they burn fairly fast. I =have never had one that I didn't wish was 2-3 inches longer.

A little above my pay grade for an every day cigar. But I always have a box on hand for a special occasion. Never had a bad Pardon 1926. Always impressed with the appearance, burn & taste.
