A Connecticut-wrapped version of Drew Estate's best-selling Liga Privada Undercrown, the Undercrown Shade pairs its Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf with a Sumatra binder and a combo of Dominican criollo 98 and Nicaraguan corojo and criollo filler tobaccos. Specially blended by master Willy Herrera, the Undercrown Shade is medium in body and lush with the ultra-smooth flavors that only a shade-grown wrapper can deliver. Toasty, bready, nutty, and creamy, this is one Connecticut stick that's not afraid to show a little leg, in true Drew Estate fashion.
Great stick for a light smoke. Enjoyed the couple I received as a bonus that I had to order a box.
