Though these box-pressed Undercrown El Tigre Dominicano cigars are handmade at La Gran Fábrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua, its box-pressed recipe pairs Dominican HVA and Criollo '98 long fillers with a Connecticut Corojo H99 Hybrid binder and a silky Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. The blend is filler-forward by design, letting the distinctive character of Dominican tobacco take center stage while the wrapper underscores it with tanginess.
