Good price and service. Last 2 orders had 4 and 5 unusable cigars [out of 50] due to slits or holes in leaf cover. Previous orders were fine. Please fix.

Receive products in reasonable time & staff is very helpful if/when I have any issues. Sometimes the tips are cracked or the cigar has slight tears that make them unusable.
