I received my first order of cigars from you today. As you say, your prices are excellent. There is a large tobacconist nearby and the employee who works there is knowledgeable. So I was hesitant to order cigars on line or through the mail. Well, I am hesitant no more! The cigars arrived in perfect condition. And the supplemental information you included with the order was most welcome. I dont know how you manage to get the cigars delivered in such excellent condition, but I certainly appreciate it your efforts and look forward to enjoying them.

I just wanted to send out a thank you to BCP.com and to Phillip, I called up yesterday to order cigars, I am going out of town this weekend and really wanted a box of cigars, Phillip was very polite and helpful on the phone, he told me that he would carry a box down to shipping so the cigars would ship yesterday for a Friday delivery, I leave for Richmond VA on Sunday morning and will gone all week. So once again thanks for the outstanding customer service I really appreciate it.

Just received my Little Buddy Torch lighter and the Montecristo Habanitos thanks BCP for delivering in hard to reach areas. Many companies say they support APO; however, they do not... Thank you for being one of the companies that continues to ship to APO addresses.. It has made my time away from the USA very enjoyable.
