Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service. After placing my order I received a call from Scott informing me of a minor flaw in the humidor I ordered (to no fault of BCP). When some companies would have just shipped the product as it was without notification; Scott explained why it was flawed and gave me the option of accepting the flawed one with $10 discount or waiting for a new one to arrive in stock before shipping. I really appreciated this level of customer service. As someone who has worked retail in the past, its nice to see there are companies that still look out for their customers. My humidor arrived today, and the minor flaws are only noticeable if you really examine the product. Thanks for the great customer service BCP!

The following day I received a very pleasant phone message (Melinda) apologizing for an inventory anomaly, and asking if I would like to back order. When I called back, the next Customer Rep (Chris) was just as polite and attentive. He confirmed the out of stock, and gave me an approximate in stock date.
