Just want you guys to know I have used you for about 7 years. Being from the Carolinas I drifted over to the other LARGE (rhymes with JR)cigar distributor for little over a year. Although there prices were fair I feel I got screwed on a couple of Sale items and their service was pretty mediocre. Well, I am back and I am sorry and I will never stray again. You guys are the best. You stand behind your stuff, call when there might be a problem and give alternatives if waiting for a back order is an issue and even upgraded a humidor for me when the one I ordered was out of stock. Premium service and follow up. That really counts in my book.

OK, here is another testimonial, something I rarely do, but in your case an exception is called for. I just received my fourth shipment from you and yet again the service is fast, the cigars are fresh and were appropriately packed. I believe if I did have a problem with quality of the products you would honor your guarantee.

I just got my shipment of my Kensington cigars, and really enjoy them. I can always tell the quality of a fine cigar by the ash. These are some really great smokes, with a great blend of tobaccos.
