Before returning an item, you MUST first contact BCP. You can call us at

Boxes/Bundles of 20 - 25+ cigars
- Return to us within 40 days from delivery
- Full refund will be issued if 4 or less cigars have been smoked or cut
- We will pro-rate the refund/credit if more than 4 cigars have been smoked or cut
Boxes/Bundles of 10 - 15 cigars
- Return to us within 40 days of delivery
- Full refund will be issued if 1 or less cigars have been smoked or cut
- We will pro-rate the refund/credit if more than 1 cigars have been smoked or cut
Samplers and 5-Packs
- Return to us within 40 days from delivery
- Full refund will be issued if 1 or less cigars have been smoked or cut
- We will pro-rate the refund/credit if more than 1 cigars have been smoked or cut
Please DO NOT return any cut or smoked cigars as this may affect your refund
Accessories
- Return to us within 40 days from delivery (some items may have longer warranties through the manufacturer. BCP will gladly assist you in working with the manufacturer in these cases.)
Delivery is defined by carrier tracking information.
For all returns, shipping charges will only be refunded/credited back in the event the item being returned was defective, an item that you didn't order, or something that was damaged in transit from us to you.
Any free bonus items or “add on” items that were attached to the item being returned must also be returned in order to receive full credit.
BCP reserves the right to issue a pro-rated refund/credit at our discretion in the event that something is returned to us without prior notice or returned for a reason that falls outside of our common sense policy.
All cigars must be stored within an airtight container with proper humidification. BCP will not accept any returns if the cigars are not being stored properly. For example, BCP will not accept any returns if the cigars are being stored in a refrigerator or freezer.
*During the holidays, items delivered between November 15th and December 31st can be returned until January 31st or within 40 days from delivery (whichever is longer).*
