All online cigar companies shipping to the state of Delaware are required by law to:

  • Verify the customer is at least 21 years of age

  • Store documents pertaining to age verification

  • Ship all orders Adult Signature Required
Overweight/sized items are subject to additional shipping charges. Depending on the size, weight, and shipping destination, the shipping charge for overweight/sized items will vary. In these cases, we charge you exactly the cost of the UPS shipping label. Products found in this category include items such as large humidors, chests, and other heavy or large products marked in your shopping cart with "This is an Overweight/Oversize item" and/or "Determined by weight" in the shipping field.

If your shipping charge exceeds $20.00 for ground or $30.00 for expedited shipping we will call you prior to charging your credit card and shipping your order. Please provide a valid phone number so we can reach you. If you are interested in purchasing an oversized item and would like a shipping estimate before ordering please feel free to call us at 1-888-412-4427 and our customer service team will be happy to provide one for you.
Purchasing the BCP Enhanced Shipping Program entitles you to a quick and easy claims process. In the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will refund your order or expedite you a replacement. Click here for full terms and conditions.
Due to varying state regulations, certain products such as machine made cigars, small cigars, and flavored cigars cannot ship to certain states.
We ship to 49 states including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship orders to Utah.
In stock items ordered by 4:00PM ET are typically shipped the same business day. Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed in the checkout process prior to completing your order.
Order any item that's tagged FREE SHIPPING or while a free shipping promotion is taking place and your entire order gets free shipping via BCP Ship Saver*! Certain restrictions apply: Free shipping is only valid to the lower 48 states (excludes U.S. Territories, AK, HI and international shipping), excludes overweight items**, and excludes expedited ship methods. Expedited orders will be charged the normal expedited price during free shipping promotions. Potential delivery delays still apply with free shipping orders. BCP reserves the right to end a free shipping promotion at anytime. See the Free Shipping page for a full list of eligible free shipping items.

*BCP Ship Saver option will be delivered by either UPS or USPS as determined by your local UPS hub. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier. BCP Ship Saver is only available to addresses within the Continental U.S., and as a courtesy to our troops, APO and FPO addresses may also take advantage of our BCP Ship Saver option as well, inclusive of free shipping when available. Potential delivery delays still apply with this method. Items or promotions tagged as "Free Shipping" will utilize this method.

**Overweight items are clearly marked in the shopping cart. If your order includes an overweight item, your shopping cart will read "Determined by Weight" and/or "This is an Overweight/Oversize item". Items marked this way do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged according to the weighted ship price.

All delivery date estimates in checkout, including “Guaranteed” estimates, have an approximate 96% on-time delivery rating. If you need your order to be on time for a special event, traveling, or for any time-sensitive reason, we recommend you choose a delivery date earlier than your actual deadline, just in case.

When choosing a “Guaranteed” delivery date you may be able to receive a refund on your shipping charges if your package arrives late. Simply contact us the day following your scheduled “Guaranteed” delivery date if your package still hasn’t arrived, and we can usually refund the shipping charges you paid*.

*Exclusions: This Shipping Guarantee does not apply to: Inventory discrepancies, packages subject to a Large Package Surcharge or Additional Handling Fee, packages that exceed maximum size or weight limits, or to shipments containing any package subject to a Large Package Surcharge, Additional Handling Fee, Oversize Pallet Handling Surcharge, or that exceed maximum size or weight limits. –Shipments made using a Call Tag. –Shipments subject to a Delivery Intercept, Delivery Change Request, or a UPS My Choice® request. –Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the carrier's control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
If you wish to alter an order you've already placed, please call our customer service department at 1-888-412-4427 as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please be aware that we process orders very quickly, and that once an order has left our facility we cannot make any changes, except as outlined in our Return Policy*.

*We ask that you inspect your cigars carefully upon receipt. If your shipment has arrived in damaged or defective condition we will credit your order in full, including shipping charges. Simply keep all packaging and merchandise and contact our customer service department within 14 days at 1-888-412-4427, or email info@BestCigarPrices.com. The customer service representative will document the reason for your return, and issue you an RMA number.
Absolutely. We ship to all U.S. military addresses (APO,FPO) via USPS. Please note that you may incur longer delivery times when shipping to these locations. Expedited options are unavailable for these deliveries. APO / FPO addresses may take advantage of our free shipping and BCP Ship Saver services when available.
