The original Brick House brand was named after J.C. Newman’s childhood home and was a Cuban puro. Today’s incarnation is made by his grandchildren, Eric and Bobby Newman, with all-Nicaraguan tobaccos, including a dark, oily Havana Subido wrapper leaf. These cigars are sweet, spicy, and complex with notes of red pepper, cocoa, and maple syrup, along with an incredibly even burn and effortless draw. Their meticulous blending and dynamite construction earned the Robusto size a 92 rating in Cigar Aficionado
